Our engineers work with an innovative production approach, focusing on the latest technological software for mold design - production and rapid prototype production, thus providing on-site and practical engineering solutions is one of Federal Foundry's main areas of expertise. These engineering solutions consist of the combination of CAD - Software SOLIDWORKS & CATIA programs and simulations, and most importantly, our experience.

Melting is the first and most critical step of casting. For this reason, Federal casting ensures the best quality by supplying large amounts of aluminum ingots with analysis reports to the aluminum supply process. Additionally, analysis reports are obtained from more than one and different accredited laboratories.

Vibration, Deburring, Polishing, Filing, Sandblasting, Sanding/Polishing, Rubbing/Filing and in addition, in line with the special demands or projects of our customers; Coating, cataphoresis process and electrostatic painting are also carried out by Federal Dokum.

The most commonly used casting alloy, Aluminum Alloy, is the alloy best suited to the machining process. In the list below, you can find the types of processing done by us.

All leveling operations such as Threading and Drilling, Milling, Hole Enlargement are provided by our machine park that can provide different surface quality and our expert staff with high dexterity and experience. According to new processing projects, Federal Foundry continues to invest in expanding the Processing Track area.

Upon the demands of our customers, we can perform rapid prototyping to obtain the best possible results in line with mold design and final modeling before part production.

Federal Foundry can provide an assembly quote upon the customer's request. Customers choose this service thinking that it will speed up their production line at less cost. There are installation opportunities at different levels in line with the customer's wishes and agreements.
